3 - 4 lbs. short ribs
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon
1 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce or liquid aminos
about 1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper (if desired)
Put ribs in a cooking pot or large saucepan with lid. Poke holes in ribs, then pour sauce over the top. (No need to pre-marinate.) Cook in oven at 270 degrees for about 3 1/2 hours.
Makes a great Sunday meal!
